July 12 & 13 (full day): Hagg Lake Triathlon w/ Why Racing Events @ Hagg Lake. General race day support. Full day. 40 volunteers needed. Volunteers receive free parking, camping, race bib (for up to 10 competitors), WaterStrong t-shirt, triathlon awesomeness. I’ll volunteer for the Hagg Lake Triathlon 7/ 12 from 7a-1p and/or 7/13 from 7a-1p!

July 24 (half day): EcoSwim w/ Sellwood Community House @ Sellwood Park. Half day. 10 volunteers needed to deliver in-water swim instruction. Volunteers receive a WaterStrong t-shirt, swim cap, meal, gift card of appreciation. I’ll volunteer for EcoSwim with SCH on 7/24!

August 19 & 20 (full day): EcoSwim w/ Bienestar @ Hagg Lake. Full day. 20 volunteers needed to deliver in-water swim instruction, fishing, boating, environmental education. Volunteers receive a WaterStrong t-shirt, swim cap, meal, gift card of appreciation, free parking. Spanish speakers heartily encouraged! This clinic will be delivered in English & Spanish. I’ll volunteer for EcoSwim on 8/19 from 9a-3p and/or 8/20 from 9a-3p!
